Bathhouse was built on a belief in accessible, unexpected spaces for wellness and relaxation. Private but accesible in the city. Restored from the 1913 historic coal room, with inspiration from modern Japanese Bathhouse design, with intentional integration of existing industrial elements and textures of the coal room, including century-old exposed brick, 12” oak slat wood walls, steal beams, and original operable coal shoot window that provides fresh, cool air after a hot sauna session.
